- Customer Site Visits: Visit customer sites as required to support projects, providing technical expertise and guidance.
- IP Structure Definition: Define IP structures for new projects and provide guidance to the teams.
- Equipment Lists and Specifications: Define equipment lists and specifications for projects, ensuring that all technical requirements are met.
- Software Verification: Verify new software, ensuring that each build meets test criteria and efficiency.
- Customer Meetings: Support customer meetings for future projects and enhancements, providing technical expertise and guidance.
- Duty Engineer Rota: Participate in the Duty MoD/Gov engineer Rota and support structure, providing technical expertise and guidance as required.
- Technical Proposals: Provide supporting information for new technical proposals, ensuring that all technical requirements are met.
- Training and Development: Provide training as required for new systems, ensuring that all technical requirements are met.
- Liaison with MoD/Gov Agencies: Liaise with MoD/Gov agencies as required for any trials, providing technical expertise and guidance.
- Security Clearance: Must hold, or have the ability to achieve, DV Security Clearance.
- Communication and Time Management: Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Administration: Proven administration skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Flexibility and Pro-activity: Flexible and pro-active, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Qualifications and Experience: Minimum degree level qualification in a relevant discipline or relevant experience at an equivalent level, with a broad ICT and Satellite communications experience highly desirable.
