About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing and Sales Manager to join our team at Tee Box London. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and increasing revenue through effective marketing and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and drive leads
  • Manage and develop our CRM system to optimize sales and marketing efforts
  • Lead and manage a small sales team to achieve sales targets and increase conversion rates
  • Manage marketing freelancers and external agencies to ensure effective campaign execution
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage with customers and drive sales
  • Manage social media accounts to build brand awareness and engage with customers
  • Organize events and activations to generate leads and drive sales
  • Work closely with the management team to cross-sell additional products and services to customers
Requirements and Preferences
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in the sports or leisure industry
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
