We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Resilience Manager to join our team at Levrara Consulting Group.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Operational Resilience Framework: Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive operational resilience framework that ensures business continuity and minimizes disruptions.
- Manage Business Continuity and Resilience Activities: Oversee the day-to-day management of business continuity and resilience activities, including risk assessment, mitigation, and contingency planning.
- Lead Risk Management and Compliance Efforts: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Embed Resilience Culture: Foster a culture of resilience within the organization, promoting a proactive and adaptive approach to managing risks and ensuring business continuity.
- Proven Experience in Operational Resilience: Minimum 5 years of experience in operational resilience, risk management, or a related field.
- Strong Risk Management and Compliance Skills: Excellent understanding of risk management principles, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills: Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, lead cross-functional teams, and influence stakeholders.
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and develop effective solutions.
