Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Manager to lead our Automotive clients' marketing executives and agencies in delivering a variety of events, including brand and marketing BTL campaigns, product and industrial events, corporate events, and small-scale company conferences. The ideal candidate will ensure the timely execution of events and provide project summaries and market feedback post-event.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead marketing executives and agencies to deliver:
    • Brand/Marketing BTL campaigns
    • Product and industrial events
    • Corporate events
    • Small-scale company conferences
  • Coordinate and report to HQ, evaluating and delivering localized events
  • Work closely with marketing, social, and influencer teams on ongoing work and IMC projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including product, network, after-sales, and backend functions
  • Develop detailed event implementation plans based on the company's overall brand activity plans
  • Control and coordinate the implementation process of events to ensure timely project execution
  • Provide project summaries and market feedback after events
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, automotive engineering, economics, or business management
  • More than 5 years of related work experience in OEMs or event agencies
  • Open-minded with a start-up mindset
  • Strong communication, coordination, planning, and execution abilities
  • Ability to withstand pressure, take initiative, and innovate
  • High level of proficiency in English
