OTE 14 per hour, including tronc.

Hours: Full-time, 45 hours per week.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at THE PIG. As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in creating an exciting work atmosphere with a culture focused on family, fun, and community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the performance of the team and ensure every guest has a positive experience with us.
  • Support the Restaurant Manager by leading and driving the daily operations within the restaurant.
  • Lead the food and beverage service in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Monitor and control costs to achieve budget targets.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a similar role and exposure to a busy restaurant service.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills.
  • Confident and able to work in an attention to detail environment.
  • Informal and accessible approach to all.
