We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team at Content-Whale.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the complete administration of our campus, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and providing exceptional support to our staff and students.

  • Manage and maintain the physical infrastructure, facilities, and assets of the campus.
  • Supervise the campus, including housekeeping, security, transport, and canteen services.
  • Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage administrative arrangements for school programs, excursions, and field visits.
  • Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Required Candidate Profile
  • Degree in Education or a related field; post-graduate degree is an asset.
  • Proven experience as a School Administrator or in a related field.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in administrative software and systems, with a strong understanding of IT systems and processes.
