About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Branch Administrator to join our team at GSF Car Parts. As a key member of our branch network, you will play a vital role in supporting the financial performance of our business.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all proof of delivery (POD) notes are accurately accounted for and investigate any discrepancies.
  • Balance branch till daily, ensuring all transactions are accurate and up to date.
  • Complete branch banking books and ensure monies are banked daily.
  • Forward till reports to Head Office and update banking templates.
  • Allocate pay later notes and monitor unpaid cash sale reports.
  • Ensure any unpaid or outstanding amounts are collected in a timely manner.
  • Run weekly account statements and ensure these are up to date.
  • Monitor and analyze the age debt report.
  • Allocate customer payments and update customer notes as required.
  • Monitor and review customer credit limits.
  • Deal with general customer queries face-to-face or over the telephone.
