Branch Administrator

About The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Branch Administrator to support the financial performance of our branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring all proof of delivery notes are accounted for, investigating missing notes and PODs, and balancing the branch till daily.
Main duties include:
- Ensuring all proof of delivery notes are accounted for
- Investigating missing notes and PODs, and obtaining replacements if required
- Balancing the branch till daily, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records
- Completing branch banking books and banking monies daily
- Forwarding till reports to Head Office and updating banking templates
- Allocating pay later notes
- Monitoring unpaid cash sale reports, escalating discrepancies or queries
- Collecting outstanding amounts in a timely manner
- Running weekly account statements and ensuring up-to-date records
- Updating staff accounts and monitoring customer credit limits
- Allocating customer payments and banking monies daily
- Updating customer notes with details as required
- Monitoring and reviewing customer credit limits
- Dealing with general customer queries face-to-face or over the telephone
