Position Overview:

Solutions30 is seeking a skilled Acquisition Manager to oversee and coordinate the delivery requirements associated with front-end access activities. This role will support both commercial and technical aspects related to the Network Rollout (NRO) of our radio products, ensuring successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the strategic planning and management of access services to facilitate an efficient delivery process and timely customer acceptance.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for delivery activities, liaising with the Customer Delivery Organisation, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensuring that all work is executed in accordance with project specifications and governance requirements.
  • Providing expertise in Acquisition, Access, and related specialisms, while also addressing In-Building, Infrastructure, and Antenna line solutions.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • In-depth knowledge of MBNL access processes and policies, with experience at a strategic level in delivering ADC services.
  • Proven experience in managing access service delivery from site instruction to site access.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee third-party contractors to ensure compliance with budget and service level agreements.
  • Experience in handling issues or dependencies that may affect site deployment timelines.
  • Familiarity with Health & Safety regulations, CDM, ICNIRP, and other relevant legislative requirements.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills for managing large-scale projects.
  • Strong relationship-building and people management capabilities.
  • Commercial awareness and experience in budget management.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Additional Skills:
Knowledge and experience in local authority planning across various regions, as well as site acquisition in utilities or telecommunications, are preferred. Familiarity with Civils, Towers, and Antenna Line Systems, including testing, is also advantageous. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with databases and online tools for data management are essential.

Educational Background:
A degree in a technical field or relevant technical experience is required.

Contract Details:
This position offers a competitive day rate, which is negotiable based on experience.
