We're seeking a driven and results-oriented Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you'll be responsible for identifying and acquiring top tech talent to support our clients' business goals.
The OpportunityWe're looking for someone with a minimum of one year of experience as a 360 tech recruiter who's comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and trends. You'll be responsible for:
- Working closely with our team to identify and recruit top tech talent.
- Providing insights and contributing to the strategic direction of our recruitment department.
- Engaging with clients and candidates, building strong, lasting relationships.
- Actively participating in new business development and client acquisition.
- Managing multiple recruitment projects and priorities, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborating with a supportive team that values your input and expertise.
- Representing Akoni Technologies in presentations and client calls.
- Traveling internationally as required.
We're seeking a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist with:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year as a 360 tech recruiter, with some experience in tech client acquisition.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and trends. A basic understanding of the ServiceNow platform is a nice-to-have.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Comfortable with presentations and calling.
- Organisation: Ability to multitask and perform under pressure, managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Mindset: Results-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.
- Independence: Comfortable working with minimal supervision after initial onboarding.
