Position Overview

The Learning & Development division at Frasers Group is dedicated to crafting exceptional educational experiences and resources that empower our workforce to excel.

In this position, you will be responsible for producing captivating content of the utmost quality for various Learning & Development initiatives. This primarily involves digital formats, but also includes on-screen presentations and printed materials to enhance our educational offerings, services, and campaigns.

Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization and our strategic brand partners, you will ensure that all educational experiences meet the highest standards. Your contributions will support Frasers Group in achieving business objectives that positively influence our employees and align with our vision: to provide consumers with the finest Sports, Premium, and Luxury brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Editing and producing engaging educational content, including instructional and promotional videos, branding, and motion graphics.
• Assisting our Videographer in capturing and editing footage for both internal and external purposes.
• Creating supplementary digital assets such as social media banners and animated gifs.

Essential Qualifications

Required Skills

• Proven experience in motion graphics, particularly 2D animations.
• Proficiency in content creation software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud applications, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, DaVinci Resolve) with the ability to deliver high-quality work efficiently.
• Capability to interpret project briefs and develop storyboards.
• Collaboration with various teams to realize their vision through clear guidelines and briefs.
• Organizing and maintaining file structures and project workflows.
• Expertise in audio management and color correction.
• Familiarity with different camera formats, audio, and file types.
• Hands-on experience with video production equipment, including sound and lighting tools.
• Ability to work swiftly and accurately, with a keen eye for detail.
• Capacity to edit content to a high creative and technical standard.
• Technically proficient in digital platforms: social media, web, mobile, and applications.
• Qualification in English or Creative Writing (e.g., GCSE/A-Level/Higher or equivalent).

Desirable Skills

• Experience in 3D motion graphics, including animation and typography.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous experience managing individual projects.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to adhere to post-production timelines while managing multiple projects.
• Awareness of Frasers Group's brands, products, and services.
