Frasers Group is seeking a dynamic and innovative **Digital Learning Specialist **to join our growing L&D team. As the Digital Learning Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing the learning and development experience for our employees. You will be responsible for the planning, development, and execution of digital learning initiatives and solutions that empower our people with the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their roles. - Manage and maintain the Learning Experience Platform (LXP - THRIVE) to ensure a seamless learning experience for employees.
- Design, develop, and update engaging digital learning materials, including eLearning courses, videos, and interactive modules.
- Monitor the effectiveness of digital learning programs through assessments, surveys, feedback and Power BI analysis.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in eLearning and digital learning technologies.
- Provide support to employees, trainers, and managers in navigating the digital learning platforms.
- Administer and organise training sessions, webinars, and workshops and curate content for our groups.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant training regulations and standards.
- Evaluate and recommend third-party learning tools.
- Assist in creating and maintaining a digital learning culture within Frasers Group.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in instructional design and developing digital learning materials.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise).
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in multimedia development, including video and audio production.
- Strong Microsoft Office background and advanced in PowerPoint.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess the impact and effectiveness of digital learning programs.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable.
- Knowledge of SCORM and other eLearning standards.
- Qualifications in Instructional Design, eLearning, Education, L&D or a related field is a plus.
