Key Responsibilities- Manage incoming telephone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
- Liaise with customers to arrange engineer site visits and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Plan and coordinate jobs, delegating tasks to engineers as necessary to ensure excellent customer service.
- Prepare and administer invoices, chasing quotes and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Update and maintain databases, including F-Gas records and asset lists.
- Proven experience as an Administrator in a busy, reactive environment.
- Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft applications.
- Experience with databases would be advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to prioritize and react to changing customer needs.
