Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Customer Support professional to join our talented team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our European customers via various channels. You will be the face of our company, and your excellent communication skills will be essential in resolving customer concerns and providing product guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and master Zoho's suite of software products to become a product expert.
- Assist European customers via various channels, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing product guidance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Contribute to the creation and improvement of support documentation.
Requirements
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- 5+ years of total experience required with 1-3 years of hands-on experience included.
- Understanding of software programs; prior experience with software products is an advantage.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving product features.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working in an office environment.
