About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Ekco. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide remote customer support via phone, email, and chat
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with devices, networks, and software
  3. Log and track support queries in our ticketing system
  4. Communicate with clients to keep them updated on the status of their tickets
  5. Work collaboratively with our team to resolve complex technical issues
