About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Ekco. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide remote customer support via phone, email, and chat, resolving technical issues and answering customer inquiries.
  2. Log and track customer support queries, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall customer experience.
  4. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.

Essential Qualities:

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  2. Strong technical skills, with experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer support queries simultaneously.

Desirable:

  1. Experience with virtualized Microsoft environments and Egnyte for file storage.
  2. Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and MDM.
