Temporary Human Resources Officer (6-month Fixed-Term Contract)

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR professional to become part of our Science and Research Government Administration team for a 6-month fixed-term engagement. This position provides flexible hybrid working options, enabling a blend of office and remote responsibilities.

Role Overview:

The purpose of this role is to provide outstanding HR support and actively assist our team members throughout their employment journey. You will be instrumental in enhancing our workplace environment and promoting a culture of teamwork.

Key Duties:

  • Address a variety of general HR inquiries, ranging from payroll issues to initial employee relations assistance
  • Collaborate with the employee experience team to deliver timely, professional, and precise guidance to staff
  • Infuse positivity, teamwork, and innovative ideas into all facets of your responsibilities
  • Drive continuous improvement by questioning existing practices and identifying solutions to enhance our systems and employee services
  • Advocate for well-being, equality, diversity, and inclusion initiatives
  • Maintain a commitment to quality and ethical standards while keeping abreast of emerging HR trends
