Human Resources Professional

Green Folk LTD

£30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Full-Time

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources professional to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive HR support while functioning as an integral member of a busy HR function.

  1. Supporting recruitment and onboarding efforts to attract and retain exceptional talent.
  2. Serving as a trusted HR professional to management, delivering advice and support on employee development or performance management.
  3. Efficiently handling HR transactions, focusing on compliance and operational efficiency.
  4. Developing and nurturing an inclusive, performance-driven, and positive workplace culture.
  5. Playing a key role in site improvement projects, contributing to the overall enhancement of operations.

Candidate Profile:

  1. Proven experience as a HR Advisor, Coordinator or Generalist, ideally in manufacturing, FMCG, or a similar industrial sector.
  2. Strong talent acquisition and onboarding process experience.
  3. CIPD Level 3, with a preference for Level 5 or actively working towards it.

Offering:

  1. A competitive salary of £30,000-£35,000 per annum DOE and industry exposure.
  2. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and a Christmas shutdown period.
  3. Hybrid working options are available after an initial settling-in period.
