Job Title: Academic Human Resources Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Advisor to join our client's manufacturing team. As a trusted HR professional, you will provide comprehensive HR support while functioning as an integral member of a busy HR function.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Recruitment and Onboarding: Support the attraction and retention of exceptional talent through effective recruitment and onboarding processes.
  2. HR Advice and Support: Deliver expert advice and support to management on employee development, performance management, and other HR-related matters.
  3. HR Transactions: Efficiently handle HR transactions, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
  4. Culture Development: Develop and nurture an inclusive, performance-driven, and positive workplace culture.
  5. Site Improvement: Contribute to site improvement projects, enhancing operations and overall performance.
Candidate Profile:
  1. HR Experience: Proven experience as a HR Advisor, Coordinator, or Generalist, ideally in manufacturing, FMCG, or a similar industrial sector.
  2. Talent Acquisition: Strong talent acquisition and onboarding process experience.

  1. Competitive Salary: A competitive salary of £30,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  2. Benefits: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and a Christmas shutdown period, hybrid working options, and a 5% performance-related bonus.
