About the Role

As the Learning and Development Partner for the Europe Region, you'll lead our L&D function, ensuring alignment with our business strategy and industry requirements. Your role will be pivotal in creating and executing learning strategies and programs for the Europe Region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute learning strategies and programs for the Europe Region.
  • Train and develop company employees to reach their full potential.
  • Focus on both learner needs and organizational requirements.
  • Design e-learning courses, career plans, and workshops.
  • Maintain budgets and relationships with vendors and consultants.
  • Evaluate the success of development plans and provide opportunities for growth.
  • Help managers develop their team members through career pathing.
  • Track budgets and negotiate contracts.
  • Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops, and other trainings.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in learning and development.
  • Higher education in HR or a related field.
  • Previous experience in hospitality and training in food and beverage operations is mandatory.
  • Fluent English.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized.
  • Able to handle multiple projects and work under pressure.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge.
