We are currently seeking a Relief Plant Supervisor - Readymix (RMX) to join our Readymix team based out of our Tarmac Coleford Concrete Plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the plant, managing day-to-day activities, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage plant operations, including production planning, quality control, and maintenance
- Lead and motivate a team of operators to achieve high performance and productivity
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Monitor and report on plant performance, identifying areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry
