This is a permanent role requiring 35.25 hours per week on night shifts. This opportunity is exclusively available to current Hafod employees.
Key Responsibilities
You will collaborate with the management team to ensure the consistent provision of outstanding, person-centered care for our residents. Your responsibilities will include managing referrals and liaising with external organizations. You will also assist in creating staff schedules, tracking annual leave, and preparing necessary documentation for service users, along with reporting and analyzing relevant data. Additionally, you will supervise and support your colleagues in their daily responsibilities, maintaining a flexible and cooperative approach.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should possess substantial knowledge and experience in a care environment, with a solid understanding of care regulations. A Level 5 QCF Adult Residential Management qualification is required, or you should be actively pursuing it, and you must be registered with Social Care Wales or in the process of registration. Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to build positive relationships. You should be adept at prioritizing competing demands and confidently utilizing your initiative to resolve issues or escalate when necessary.
