Care Worker Opportunity in Cwmbran

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at Completely Care. As a Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering person-centred care and support to clients
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household duties
  • Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Managing client care plans and ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Care Worker or in a related role
  • Valid UK driving licence
  • Ability to work 2-5 days per week
  • Registration with Social Care Wales and completion of mandatory training
