Your new role:

The position of Senior Care Manager involves providing leadership to a team of support workers within a supported living setting. This includes ensuring that all staff training is up-to-date and that rotas are written to adequately deploy staff to meet the support needs of residents. You will also be involved in the everyday routines of the residents, ensuring their psychological needs are met, including managing budgeting and bill payments.

What you will need to succeed:

To be successful in this role, you will need 2 years' experience of supporting people with autism and/or complex behaviour and 2 years' experience of team management. You must also be committed to undertaking all pre-employment training and have a desire to further your career by gaining further qualifications. Holding a QCF level 4/5 management qualification is essential. You will need to work effectively within the team to provide the best service possible to the people we support.
