About the RoleWe are seeking a talented Hardware Product Manager to join our dynamic team in Brighton. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle management of our existing hardware product portfolio and spearheading the development and launch of new products. You will become the go-to expert for your assigned product category, ensuring successful delivery from conception to market.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitor research, and customer interactions to develop strategic product roadmaps that maintain Paxton Access's competitive edge.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless execution of product development initiatives and alignment with customer needs.
- Own the creation and maintenance of comprehensive product documentation, including installation guides, application notes, and detailed technical specifications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing efforts, providing expert insights and support for content development and customer inquiries.
- Conduct on-site visits to gather valuable customer feedback and insights that inform product improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
We seek a highly motivated and experienced individual with a proven track record in hardware product management within the technology sector.
- Demonstrated experience in taking both new and updated hardware products from conception through successful market launch.
