We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Strategist to join our Business Solutions and Transformation Strategy team at iCrossing.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing actionable strategy resources, creating robust recommendations, and crafting quality experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead content and experience strategy development for key accounts, including audits, actionable insights, and strategic resource development.
  • Audit onsite, product, social, and paid media content to provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Translate search and social insights into content recommendations that align with the brand's goals and operational setup.
  • Work with SEO, Paid Media & D&A teams to define reporting metrics and optimize content implementation.
  • Develop case studies from content success stories and contribute thought-leadership pieces to the iCrossing site.
