Job Title: Principal UI Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal UI Software Engineer to join our team at TP ICAP. As a key member of our Fusion platform development team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and direction for the development of our flagship product.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical oversight and guidance to the development team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
  • Design, develop, and test complex software systems, including the development of highly scalable and maintainable code.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and technical specifications.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Identify and escalate technical risks and issues, working with the team to develop mitigation strategies and solutions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in UI development using React, Typescript, and JavaScript.
  • Strong understanding of modern UI engineering principles and best practices.
  • Experience with testing frameworks, such as Jest, and build tools, such as Webpack.
  • Knowledge of code quality and governance tools, such as Sonarqube.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum.
