- Finance and Procurement experience to ensure delivery approach is clear.
- Core Technology fundamentals in infrastructure with SDLC and ITSM training.
- Key understanding of when to use appropriate Programme Methodologies.

- Good reporting skills for programmes and financial forecasting.
