About the Role
As a Technical Programme Manager at Tesco, you will be responsible for delivering complex technology programmes that support colleagues and enhance customer experience. This role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills to influence Product, Engineering, and business teams to achieve programme goals.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and track a plan to deliver programme goals, ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged
Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to drive consensus and obtain the best value and solution
Identify potential risks and issues, establish processes, facilitate discussion, and manage escalations
Understand technical architecture to foresee impact on dependencies, delivery timelines, and implementation plans
Build positive relationships with stakeholders to deliver software or professional services, holding them to account on delivery and improvement plans

Requirements
Proven record of accomplishment in delivering technology programmes across multiple infrastructure technologies
Business Analysis skills to ensure clear and well-documented project scoping and initiation
Experience in building credible relationships and influencing senior management
Strategic thinking and problem-solving with resolution independence
Finance and Procurement experience to ensure delivery approach clarity
Core Technology fundamentals in infrastructure with SDLC and ITSM training
Understanding of Programme Methodologies and Risk Management
Excellent JIRA/Confluence skills to manage programmes of work
