Coburg Banks Technical is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to join their established domiciliary service in a dynamic and growing organization.
As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality care services to clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all care staff are adequately trained, equipped, and supported to provide exceptional care.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in care management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary service
- Manage a team of care staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Salary: Up to £25K plus on-call allowance
On-call currently consists of 1 evening in the week and 1 weekend in 5
Please note that this is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high level of dedication and commitment.
