We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to provide high-quality care and support to a 93-year-old gentleman with declining Dementia.
The successful candidate will have a genuine interest in providing person-centered care and building close relationships with the service user and his family.
Key Responsibilities- Support the service user with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and maintaining hydration.
- Assist with household chores and maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
- Accompany the service user on outings and engage in activities that promote his well-being and enjoyment.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to the service user.
- Enhanced DBS clearance is essential.
- Previous experience in dementia care is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A competitive hourly rate of £13.

Please note that this is a maternity cover position, and the successful candidate will be directly employed by the customer.
