Job Purpose

This role will be responsible for supporting the Marketing and Brand Engagement team in developing and executing creative and engaging campaigns across various social media channels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media and brand marketing, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a creative eye for engaging content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and execution of creative and engaging campaigns through Liforme's social media and other community marketing channels.
  • Assist with the day-to-day handling of all social media channels, including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and X.
  • Support the development of the company's marketing and brand engagement output through content sourcing, scheduling of output, messaging, and engagement.
  • Help with analysis and reporting on competitor activity and ongoing audience/market research.
  • Perform various reporting and administration tasks to help monitor, track, analyze, and learn in order to improve performance on social media platforms and through other marketing channels/initiatives.
  • Support the development and growth of the department by providing support as needed across various projects and tasks.
Requirements:
  • A clear basic understanding of, and an evident passion for, social media and brand marketing generally.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Good reporting and analytical skills.
  • Creative eye for engaging content.
  • Highly personable and able to form great working relationships.
  • Great organization skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and use your initiative.
  • A 'can do' and 'no job is too small' (or too big) humble attitude.
  • Integrity and honesty in all that you do.
  • An excellent academic record and work experience.
