Job Title: Paid Search Specialist

The Paid Search Specialist will play a crucial role in driving the company's digital marketing strategy forward. This individual will be responsible for implementing and executing paid search campaigns across various platforms, ensuring maximum ROI and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Paid Media Manager to develop and implement a comprehensive paid search strategy
  • Provide expert advice and support to markets on paid search optimization strategies and best practices
  • Contribute to the development of global paid media strategies and plans to enhance and maximize ROI
  • Execute paid search conversion rate tests, collect performance data, and utilize insights to drive optimization activities
  • Develop and maintain best practice documents and guides to share with markets
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Google product betas and integrate successful ones into best practices
  • Maintain strong relationships with markets, keeping them informed of campaign progress and success
  • Monitor, analyze, and provide detailed reports and recommendations on paid media performance for markets
  • Investigate account and agency issues and identify best-practice resolutions
  • Support Quality Score improvements across accounts
  • Share paid search insights with the SEO team and other digital channels
  • Use organic search insights to inform paid search strategies
  • Set up and manage accounts or campaigns as needed to drive acquisition
  • Lead the creation, development, and management of paid landing pages, collaborating with UX/CRO to test new features and implement proven features on the main website
  • Assist with expanding into other paid marketing channels, such as Paid Social, Local Service Ads, Display, and Video advertising
Requirements:
  • Google Ads Specialist certification
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in paid search marketing
  • Experience with Lookerstudio, budget management, and working for an agency
  • Minimum 12 months of experience in Google Ads Paid Search
  • Google Ads Interface and Editor experience
  • Experience with analysis and reporting
