Radis Community Care is seeking a dedicated Community Care Assistant to join our team.

Work Schedule: Up to 16 hours per week, primarily during early and late shifts (07:00-15:00), with some flexibility required for additional shifts. Weekend work will be part of your regular schedule.

Compensation: Competitive pay rates for weekdays, weekends, waking nights, and an additional £1 per hour for bank holidays.

Role Overview:

As a Community Care Assistant, you will primarily support elderly individuals who may struggle with physical limitations, helping them to maintain their independence. Your responsibilities will include assisting residents with mobility, guiding them to dining areas during meal times, communal spaces for social interactions, and their private rooms as needed.

Your duties will also encompass personal care tasks such as bathing, hygiene, and dressing. You will engage residents in both physical and mental activities through recreational and social events, either individually or in groups.

Your mission will be to uphold the residents' independence, choice, dignity, and respect by providing the highest standards of care.

Shift Patterns:

Work will be scheduled Monday to Friday, including alternate weekends, with a maximum of 16 hours per week.
