The Role: Programmatic Account Director
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Programmatic Account Director to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of programmatic specialists, driving client success, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:- Provide strategic direction and oversight for all programmatic campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.
- Lead a team of Programmatic Account Managers and Executives, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor on all programmatic matters.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including creative, data, and technology, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and innovations in programmatic advertising.
- Proven track record of success in managing programmatic campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong understanding of programmatic technology, ad exchanges, and data management platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of high-performing individuals.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
