Job Description

Position: Head of Product

Location: Remote/Hybrid

Salary: Highly Competitive plus Equity

Job Summary:

  • Develop and refine the product roadmap, aligning with the company's vision, customer insights, and business strategy.
  • Collaborate with developers to deliver on the roadmap, with a focus on building a high-performing product team.
  • Establish and maintain a product development quality standard, ensuring the team delivers high-quality products.
  • Drive a product development cadence that balances cost, speed to market, and value-add, maintaining focus and pace.
  • Conduct user research to gain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Support recruitment efforts to build a strong product team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Growth and Customer Success, to deliver a seamless product experience.
Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience working in an early-stage startup or similar environment with high ambiguity and rapid product development.
  • 1-3 years of leadership experience leading a mix of team members, including designers and product managers.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead and progress discussions with various stakeholders.
  • Strong product design skills, preferably from a background as a Product Designer.
  • High data literacy, with the ability to communicate data insights effectively.
  • Strong bias for action, with the ability to break down ambitious goals into deliverable, iterative, and testable pieces.
  • A self-starter who can wear multiple hats, including product manager, designer, and researcher.

  • Experience working with B2B SaaS products.
  • Knowledge of the ESG regulatory environment.
  • Experience planning, conducting, and drawing insights from user research.
