Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Director to lead our sales strategy and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Success teams to align sales efforts with product offerings and market positioning.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes that may impact sales strategies.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with prospective clients, ensuring that agreements are mutually beneficial and aligned with our business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in software sales, with at least 3-5 years in a senior sales management role.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience in closing high-value deals and managing long sales cycles.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Experience in building and scaling sales teams is a plus.
  • Understanding of processes and familiarity with Microsoft 365 or similar platforms is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
