Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Agility Resourcing. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our users, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT Business Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately log and manage IT incidents and service requests, prioritizing tasks and meeting SLA deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the broader IT Teams to prepare hardware and software for implementation.
  • Identify and implement improvements in existing IT systems and procedures.
  • Install and manage IT hardware and software as required by the business.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with users through quality service delivery and effective management of customer expectations.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and proficiency in Desktop Support and Microsoft 365.
  • Aptitude and desire to learn new skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of user confidence and manage documentation for IT Business Services.
  • 1+ years of experience in a technical support role is ideal, but not necessary.
  • ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation is beneficial.
