- Run reports and chase up job write-ups to enable job completions, ensuring seamless workflow.
- Prepare jobs for invoicing by verifying all relevant paperwork, photos, and documentation.
- Rebook orders and arrange materials as needed, demonstrating proactive problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with a strong understanding of data management and analysis.
