Position Overview

We are seeking a Billing and Cash Manager to enhance our Finance Team. This newly created position will take charge of client invoicing and payment processing through our proprietary travel management system, ensuring timely and accurate billing and cash allocation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a dedicated cash management team of four, focusing on goal setting, performance evaluation, and professional development.
  • Oversee cash management across various ledgers and entities in multiple currencies, ensuring comprehensive maintenance of customer accounts.
  • Manage the collection of direct debits and ACH transactions.
  • Ensure the accuracy of consolidated billing processes and invoices.
  • Collaborate in managing the Credit Control Helpdesk, addressing both internal and external inquiries with a high standard of service.
  • Monitor the unreconciled receipts report to guarantee all funds are received and properly allocated.
  • Supervise the Diversity accounts in the ledger to ensure timely resolution.
  • Demonstrate substantial experience in Accounts Receivable management.
  • Possess a background in a similar leadership role within Accounts Receivable or Billing.
  • Exhibit advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Show initiative in driving improvements and resolving issues.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
