Position Overview
We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Billing and Cash Manager to become an integral part of our Finance Team. This newly created position will oversee client billing and payment processes within our proprietary travel management system, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and cash allocation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a dedicated cash management team of four, focusing on performance metrics, goal setting, and professional development.
- Manage cash flow across various ledgers and entities in multiple currencies, ensuring comprehensive customer account maintenance.
- Oversee the collection of direct debits and ACH transactions.
- Ensure the accuracy of consolidated billing and invoices.
- Collaborate on the Credit Control Helpdesk, providing exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and reconcile receipts to guarantee all funds are accounted for and allocated correctly.
- Manage Diversity accounts within the ledger to ensure timely resolution.
- Utilize substantial experience in Accounts Receivable management.
- Demonstrate leadership in a similar billing or accounts receivable role.
- Exhibit advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Work efficiently under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Drive process improvements and problem resolution.
- Deliver high-quality customer service consistently.
