Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Community Engagement Officer to join our Planned Division at Guildmore Facades and Cladding. This role will involve working closely with residents to ensure effective communication and support throughout various projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Confidentiality: Uphold strict confidentiality regarding resident information in accordance with GDPR regulations.
  • Project Understanding: Familiarize yourself with the project details, timelines, and scope of work.
  • Appointment Management: Schedule and manage appointments with residents, maintaining accurate records of access and non-access schedules.
  • Communication Preparation: Create and distribute all resident communications (letters, newsletters, brochures) using clear and engaging language.
  • Resident Support: Address tenant inquiries proactively and collaborate with project teams to keep residents updated on any changes or progress.
  • Training Participation: Attend identified training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.


Consumer Standards Awareness:

  • Understand and assist clients in meeting the Consumer Standards set by the Social Housing Regulator.
  • Conduct checks and surveys within residents' properties, reporting any concerns regarding conditions to the client organization.
  • Complete Resident Satisfaction Scoring (RSS) upon the conclusion of work instructions.
  • Document resident interactions in our process management system and escalate significant issues to your line manager.
  • Engage in regular interactions with residents and participate in training sessions on relevant topics.


Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver a customer-focused service.
  • Act as a representative for your team, fostering regular communication and involvement in decision-making.
  • Ensure effective communication to promote alignment and understanding among all stakeholders.
  • Participate in project review meetings to address aftercare progress and challenges.
