Role Overview

This newly established position will report directly to the Director of Marketing, focusing on customer marketing initiatives across the EMEA region. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director to develop overarching strategies, positioning, and messaging for campaigns across various segments and channels. Collaboration with internal marketing and sales teams will be essential to drive growth. Responsibilities will also include content creation, blog writing, and the development of sales tools and resources for internal stakeholders, alongside regular measurement and tracking of ROI.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a skilled Marketing Manager with a background in customer or product marketing within a B2B environment. Proven experience in strategy formulation and campaign execution is crucial. A strong grasp of customer segmentation and account-based communication strategies is necessary, complemented by exceptional copywriting abilities. The candidate should possess excellent project management skills and the confidence to present ideas and campaigns effectively, as well as lead teams and agencies. Experience in the events or hospitality sector is advantageous, and proficiency in French or German would be a plus.
