Position Overview:
In this role, you will engage in outbound sales communications with customers, presenting an innovative product that offers exceptional value.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Conduct 50 to 60 outbound calls daily using an automated dialing system.
  • Establish rapport with customers and tailor offers to meet their requirements.
  • Meet daily sales targets of 3 to 6 successful transactions (90% of the current team consistently achieve their goals).
  • Adhere to compliance standards throughout all processes.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 12 months experience in targeted phone sales within the last 3 years is preferred; however, candidates with backgrounds in Call Centre or Retail Sales may also be considered.
  • A dedicated and quiet workspace at home.
  • Comfortable with remote working arrangements.
  • A strong motivation to exceed sales targets while maintaining compliance and following established processes.
