Integrated Marketing Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Campaign Manager to join our Cross Channel Marketing XCM Team at Amazon EU SARL (UK Branch) - D67. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, and we are looking for a marketing professional who can help create and execute EU Retail advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Integrated Communications Brief and Plans: Ownership of the integrated communications brief and plans, overseeing all aspects of the campaign process from strategy to ideation to execution to measurement.
- Lead Integrated Campaigns: Lead the development of fully integrated campaigns, driving collaboration with a sizable team of cross-functional partners, including business, onsite, project management, paid media, creative, PR, and beyond.
- Multi-Marketplace Creative Asset Development: Manage multi-marketplace creative asset development and delivery.
- Business Partnerships: Partner closely with key business partners in the Amazon Stores organization, particularly deals, on initiative strategies and plans.
- Country Partnerships: Develop and manage relationships with key country partners, developing a deep understanding of country goals, strategies, insights, and opportunities.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Lead integrated communication plan and campaign meetings and reviews with senior leaders and stakeholders and global partners.
- Extensive Experience: Extensive experience in integrated consumer marketing/brand management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Team Management: Experience managing teams.
- Data Analysis: Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams.
- Performance Measurement: Experience using data, reporting, or tools to measure performance and make adjustments accordingly.
- E-commerce Experience: Experience with e-commerce.
- Integrated Communication Strategies: Significant experience driving integrated communication strategies and plans with deep business integration.
- Communication Skills: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to engage and navigate senior leadership.
- Creative and Media Team Leadership: Extensive experience leading cross-functional creative and media teams.
- Retail Sector Experience: Experience in the retail sector and developing marketing tactics for big sales or deal events.
- Paid Media Channels: Deep expertise of paid media channels and nuances.
- Marketing Measurement: In-depth understanding of marketing measurement.
- International/Global Work: Experience driving international/global work.
- Advanced Degree: Advanced business or marketing degree (or equivalent training).
