Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Software Tester or Quality Assurance Lead to join our team at Join Momentum, a leading talent development consultancy. As a mentor in our mentorship program, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting interns as they navigate their career paths.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Guidance and Mentorship: Provide expert guidance and mentorship to interns, sharing your industry knowledge and experience.

Requirements
  1. Expertise in Testing: Possess in-depth knowledge of testing principles and methodologies.
  2. Leadership and Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills to effectively guide and support interns.
  3. Industry Knowledge and Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments.
  4. Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Possess strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  5. Commitment to Continuous Learning: Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  6. Availability and Flexibility: Be available to work 30 minutes per week with a flexible schedule.
