Internship Overview

This internship is designed to provide practical hands-on work experience for aspiring software testers. You will have the opportunity to join a project at its initial implementation stages to assess potential risks or be brought on board when testing becomes a critical requirement.

  • Collaborate with software developers and project support teams
  • Monitor applications and software systems
  • Conduct stress testing
  • Perform performance testing
  • Execute functional testing
  • Carry out scalability testing
  • Develop and execute test scripts
  • Run manual and automated tests
  • Test in various environments, including web and mobile
  • Prepare and submit bug reports
  • Work towards departmental and project deadlines
  • Ensure quality assurance
  • Provide objective feedback to software development project teams
  • Design tests to mitigate risks
  • Present findings to software development and business user teams
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Analyze documentation
  • Communicate with project teams across the globe
  • Share findings with technical and non-technical colleagues

Internship Details

Our internship programs typically last six months, and where feasible, interns can work from home (UK or international). We are flexible regarding the location of work, with the work schedule usually aligned with UK hours (9am to 6PM). We also welcome interns taking a year out between their studies as part of their degree or postgraduate program. Not all internships are paid, and the selection process may involve multiple interviews.
