Position Overview:

An exceptional opportunity awaits for a Quality Assurance Tester / Engineer to become part of a renowned global Energy organization.

The role of Software Quality Assurance Engineering is dedicated to delivering specialized planning, guidance, and execution of systems testing and quality assurance functions, aimed at enhancing support, systems testing, and quality assurance methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

The responsibilities encompass providing expert technical insight into the systems testing of software products tailored for various platforms. Additional activities may involve:

  • Designing and executing diverse testing regimes, including feature and functional testing, end-to-end systems testing, regression, load, and performance testing.
  • Collaborating with fellow QA professionals to ensure timely completion of daily QA tasks with a high standard of quality.
  • Maintaining Requirement Traceability Metrics and conducting inspections of requirements and test cases, managing them periodically using TFS 2010/2012.
  • Publishing comprehensive Master Test Plans and Performance Test Plans for multiple projects utilizing both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Driving continuous improvements in QA processes and implementing quality assurance standards and best practices.

This role requires a positive mindset and the ability to thrive within a large, globally distributed project team in a multicultural setting. A self-starter with logical reasoning, quick learning capabilities, strong initiative, and excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills is essential. The ability to articulate thoughts clearly and concisely is crucial.
