Job Summary:

FalconSmartIT is seeking a highly skilled Mobility Tester to join our team. As a Mobility Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our mobile devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with users to resolve mobile device-related issues and provide support.
  • Configure and set up mobile devices according to company requirements.
  • Verify and validate the installation of required applications and ensure they function as expected.
  • Perform testing to ensure all setup requirements are completed successfully.
  • Collaborate with team members, vendors, and application owners to address user requests and resolve issues.
  • Develop relationships with local mobility, desktop teams, and other supporting teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of mobile devices, including Apple iPhones and iPads, and experience in configuring and setting them up.
  • 5 years of experience in software development or software quality assurance.
  • 5 years of experience in testing and familiarity with various processes.
  • Proficiency in software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Strong listening skills and good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with limited supervision.
