About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Cleaning Operative to join our team at Royal Mail Property & Facilities Solutions. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our commercial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Operate a variety of cleaning equipment, including mops, vacuum cleaners, and sanitizing solutions
- Empty bins, dust surfaces, and perform other cleaning tasks as required
- Work independently, organizing your own time and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and managers to ensure seamless operations
About You
We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, good written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Previous cleaning experience is desirable, but not essential. If you are a motivated and reliable individual who takes pride in their work, we encourage you to apply.
